Writing a commercial letter

Writing a commercial letter

As you write a commercial letter you must write your address and date at the right side of the page. All letters must have the date on them.In the left side write the name, position, company and address to the person you are writing to.The most usual way to start the letter is by writing”Dear Sir” and  to finish with”Yours faithfully”. A commercial letter usually has 3 paragraphs. The first is short, explaining the reason of the letter, the second explains what you need and the third what you would like the firm to do.
