Beginners
The negative form of the verb to have is formed by adding NOT after the verb. Ex.: He has not a car = he hasn’t a car. The interrogative form of the verb to have is formed by putting the verb before the subject. Ex.: Has he a car? Exercise: Write the sentences below in the negative and interrogative form: 1-Dorothy has a new dress. 2-Plillip has a fast car. 3-I have two friends in the USA. 4-We have a nice farm house. 5-They have a nice beach house. |
